Explain where the assessment stands
On a free introductory call, you share the deadline, current progress, main evidence concerns and the support your team needs.
If your EcoVadis assessment is already underway, Submission Support gives you practical help with the questionnaire, evidence, document choices and priority gaps before you submit. Your questionnaire may be open, documents may be piling up, and you may not be sure what is strong enough, what is missing, or what to work on before the deadline.
Discuss Your SubmissionMany teams start by gathering as many documents as possible. Then the harder questions appear: Which evidence actually supports the answer? Is it current and in scope? Are policies backed by real actions and results? What should make the final document list?
You may recognise some of these problems:
You do not need to wait until everything is complete. The most useful time to ask for support is often while there is still time to make decisions and close important gaps.
This route is for teams that have already started the assessment and need practical help progressing toward submission. You may have a partly completed questionnaire, a growing evidence library, or specific themes that still need work.
On a free introductory call, you share the deadline, current progress, main evidence concerns and the support your team needs.
We look at the questionnaire status, evidence inventory, priority gaps and the internal work still outstanding.
I send a proposal describing the questions, documents or themes included, along with the timing, deliverables and fee.
Support may include working sessions, evidence feedback, document requests, gap-closing actions and a final checkpoint, depending on the agreed scope.
Work through difficult questions without unsupported claims, unnecessary comments or answers that do not match the evidence.
Create a usable overview of the documents, owners, dates, scope and questionnaire answers each file may support.
Check relevance, company scope, recency, credibility, findability and whether the document genuinely supports the selected answer.
Identify where a policy is unsupported by implementation, where coverage is unclear or where recent KPI evidence is missing.
Turn vague chasing into clearer requests for HR, procurement, operations, finance, health and safety and other owners.
Prioritise the most useful evidence, reduce duplication and decide what should be completed before the final submission.
The scope can be focused on one difficult theme or evidence set, or cover a broader part of the assessment. The proposal is based on the time available, the amount of material and how much work your team wants help with.
The support can improve the organisation, clarity and evidence fit of your submission. EcoVadis still makes the assessment and scoring decisions, so no score, medal or specific result can be guaranteed.
I previously led my former company through the EcoVadis process and learned first-hand how much evidence work, internal coordination and management-system improvement sits behind a credible submission. That work contributed to the company achieving an EcoVadis Platinum rating.
Today, I combine approximately 15 years of corporate sustainability experience, an MSc in Strategic Sustainable Development and my work as a certified EcoVadis Solutions Practitioner to help companies make clearer preparation and improvement decisions.
