1. Definitions
“Seller”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Double Your Sustainability. “Buyer” or “you” means any natural or legal person who purchases products or services from us.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to all digital products (templates, guidance documents), coaching calls and consulting engagements purchased through doubleyoursustainability.com.
3. Products & Services
- Digital downloads – policy templates, guidance PDFs and similar material delivered immediately after payment via on-screen link and confirmation e-mail.
- Coaching calls – 60-minute video sessions tailored to your business questions on EcoVadis methodology and sustainability management.
- Consulting / training engagements – customised services as agreed in a separate proposal or statement of work.
4. Prices, Payment & VAT
- All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- VAT is calculated at checkout according to the Buyer’s billing address (EU OSS rules). B2B customers may enter a valid VAT ID to reverse-charge.
- We accept credit- and debit-card payments via Kajabi Payments (Stripe). Payment is due in full at the time of order.
5. Right of withdrawal & refunds
- EU consumers: You have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase of digital content without giving any reason.Â
- Digital downloads: To request a refund within 14 days, e-mail [email protected] with your order number. We appreciate feedback on why the product did not meet your needs.
- Coaching calls: You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations < 24 h or no-shows are non-refundable, but we will offer one reschedule free of charge subject to availability.
- Consulting engagements: Refunds and cancellation terms are governed by the separate agreement signed by both parties.
6. Intellectual-property licence
Upon full payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our digital products within your own organisation. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them in whole or in part without written permission.
7. Recordings
Coaching sessions may be recorded only with the prior consent of all participants. Recordings are stored securely and deleted within 30 days unless we have a legal obligation to retain them longer.
8. No legal advice & no performance guarantee
Content and coaching are for general information only and do not constitute legal advice. We do not guarantee any specific EcoVadis score or assessment outcome resulting from use of our materials or services.
9. Liability
Our total liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
10. Delivery & performance
- Digital files are delivered instantly via secure download link and confirmation e-mail.
- Coaching calls take place online via Zoom or similar platform. Links are provided after booking.
- Consulting services are delivered remotely unless the statement of work specifies on-site visits. We may engage qualified sub-contractors under NDA to assist in delivery.
11. Age restriction
Our products and services are intended for professionals aged 18 and older and are not marketed to minors under 16.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law grants you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Material changes will be notified by e-mail to registered customers.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Notice.
