1. Definitions

“Double Your Sustainability”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Double Your Sustainability. “You” or “customer” means the person or organisation purchasing or using our products or services.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to digital products, downloadable resources, consulting, training and other services supplied by Double Your Sustainability through doubleyoursustainability.com or under a proposal, booking or other written agreement that refers to these Terms.

Where a separate proposal, statement of work or other written agreement contains different terms for a particular engagement, that agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

3. Products & Services

• Digital products may include editable templates, guidance documents, workbooks, checklists and other downloadable or online materials.
• Consulting, training and review services are delivered according to the scope, timing and deliverables described on the relevant service page, proposal, booking confirmation or statement of work.
• Free resources and educational content are provided for general information and may be changed, replaced or withdrawn at any time.

4. Prices, Payment & VAT

• Prices are shown in euros (EUR) unless another currency is stated.
• Prices for consulting or other business services exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Digital products sold through Lemon Squeezy are purchased from Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment transaction, applicable sales taxes or VAT, receipts and related payment administration.
• Consulting and other services may be invoiced separately. The applicable payment schedule will be stated in the proposal, invoice, service description or other written agreement.

5. Consumer rights, cancellations & refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

• Digital products: purchases made through Lemon Squeezy are also subject to the terms presented during its checkout process. Refunds for those transactions are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
• Immediate digital delivery: where applicable law permits it, a consumer’s right of withdrawal for digital content may end once delivery or access begins if the consumer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
• Consulting, training and other services: cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements are stated on the relevant service page, booking confirmation, proposal or statement of work.

If you believe there is a problem with a purchase or delivery, contact support@doubleyoursustainability.com so that we can review it.

6. Intellectual-property licence

Unless a product or written agreement says otherwise, after full payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our digital products within your own organisation.

You may adapt templates for your organisation’s own internal use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly publish or make the original product files available to third parties without our written permission.

7. Client materials & confidentiality

Where you provide documents, data or other materials for a consulting or review engagement, you confirm that you are entitled to provide them to us for that purpose.

We will use client materials for the agreed engagement and will handle confidential information with reasonable care. Any more specific confidentiality, data-processing or information-security obligations agreed in a proposal, NDA, data-processing agreement or statement of work take precedence.

8. Recordings

Calls or meetings will only be recorded where this has been agreed or participants have been appropriately informed and, where required, consent has been obtained. Any agreed retention arrangements may be described in the relevant engagement terms or our Privacy Policy.

9. No legal advice & no performance guarantee

Our products, website content and services provide sustainability-management and EcoVadis-related information and support. They do not constitute legal advice. Where legal interpretation is required, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified legal professional.

EcoVadis assessments and scores are determined independently by EcoVadis. We do not guarantee a particular score, medal, badge, assessment result or commercial outcome from using our products or services.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, for business customers our total liability arising from a particular paid product or service is limited to the amount paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and they do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

11. Delivery & performance

• Digital products are normally delivered by download link, customer-access page or confirmation e-mail after successful purchase.
• Consulting, training and review services are normally delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery dates, review periods and milestones for consulting engagements are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed deadlines.
• We may use suitable service providers or subcontractors where reasonably necessary to support delivery, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection arrangements.

12. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and, for consulting engagements, timely access to the documents, systems, stakeholders or decisions reasonably required for us to perform the agreed work.

You remain responsible for decisions made by your organisation and for determining whether any template, recommendation or other material is appropriate for your own circumstances.

13. Age restriction

Our products and services are intended for adults and business users. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase directly from us unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. For business customers, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Where mandatory consumer law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction, those rights remain unaffected.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, suppliers or legal obligations. The version that applied when you made a purchase or entered into an agreement will continue to govern that transaction unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Notice.
