Yes. EcoVadis includes 360 Watch Findings as one of its management indicators. Public controversies, negative news or stakeholder issues can affect how your management system is viewed and can also matter for medal or badge eligibility.

Policies and documents are important, but they cannot automatically cancel out serious public issues. If 360 Watch appears on your scorecard, treat it as part of the scorecard diagnosis.
